What To Do If Your Smart Lock Runs Out Of Power?

Don't panic! Most smart locks can be opened in an emergency using a power bank or mechanical key. Once inside, remember to replace the batteries immediately.

**Power Bank Emergency Solution:

Locate the hidden interface (Type-C or Micro-USB) on the bottom or side of the lock body. Connect the power bank and wait 30 seconds to 3 minutes. Once the panel lights up, enter your fingerprint or password to open the door. Remember to use a 5V power bank to avoid damaging the circuitry with fast charging.

**Mechanical Key Backup:

The spare keyhole is usually hidden under the panel or inside a small cover on the side. Pry open the cover, insert the key, and rotate it clockwise. Never leave the key at home; it's recommended to keep it in your car, office, or at a trusted neighbor's house.
