We have 2 complete series production line for smart door locks and cabinet cam lock which expend to annual 5,000,000pcs output. Introducing latest generation CNC machine centers and CNC lathes etc high-precision machining equipment to enhance manufacture speed and product accuracy.
Quality Assurance
All series of smart door locks and cabinet cam locks are strictly controlled by ISO 9001 system. There is incoming inspection during material processing, initial inspection, patrol inspection, and final inspection during die-casting / processing, 100% full inspection after assembly, and incoming inspection before finished product storage.
One Stop Service
Huili Lock offer OEM & ODM services according to your requests. We can produce according to your drawings or samples, we can produce sample by 3D printing for preliminary review, and produce final sample after mold develope. We track the entire process from samples, small-scale trial production, to mass production of the first batch of orders, ensure customer no worries.
