Change via the Control Panel
Find the Control Panel: Typically, a smart lock's control panel has number keys, a confirmation key, and function keys.
Enter Setup Mode: Press the function key and select "Change Password." Function keys may vary between lock brands; check the product manual for details.
Verify Original Password: Enter your original password for verification.

Change via the Mobile App
